A graduate of CentraleSupélec, one of the top engineering schools in France, Charlotte began her career as a tech consultant in New York and later transitioned into data science at HelloFresh Australia.

Throughout her career, she witnessed firsthand how tedious and manual it was to centralize data, structure insights, and measure ROI—often relying on cumbersome Excel sheets to fill the gaps.Frustrated by the inefficiencies and barriers preventing businesses from fully leveraging their data, Charlotte was driven to create aHRtemis, a platform designed to democratize business intelligence.
